1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NudgeQuotes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
NudgeQuotes is a personal quote management app that allows you to save, organize, and receive reminders of your favorite quotes. The app is available for iOS devices.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the quotes and content you save in the App. Your content is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility. We do not access, collect, or store your content.
4. Premium Features
NudgeQuotes offers premium features through in-app purchases, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
- The lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all premium features at the time of purchase and future updates.
5. Free Tier
The free version of NudgeQuotes includes limited features. Current limits include up to 50 personal quotes and basic nudge scheduling. These limits may change over time.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to circumvent premium feature restrictions
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Distribute or share the App outside of the App Store
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
